Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the full or advance payment. Booking is subject to availability.

2. Payments

Full payment must be made prior to departure unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfers, UPI, or other approved methods.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary per package. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days, deducting applicable cancellation charges. Some bookings (e.g., flight tickets, visas) may be non-refundable.

4. Itinerary Changes

Perfect Services reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, political issues, etc.). Alternatives will be arranged without compromising value.

5. Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for carrying valid documents (passport, visa, ID proof, etc.). Perfect Services will not be liable for any issues caused due to missing/invalid documentation.

6. Liability

Perfect Services acts only as a booking agent. We are not liable for personal injuries, property damage, or any loss caused due to third-party services (hotels, transport, etc.).

7. Behavior

Any misconduct or inappropriate behavior during a group tour may result in removal without refund.

8. Health & Safety

Guests must disclose any medical conditions that may affect travel. We are not responsible for medical issues arising during the tour.

9. Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain one if not included in the package.
